Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Closeddefense Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Closeddefense Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, first raise it directly with the provider and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please note that Closeddefense Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File

Email contact@closeddefense.beer and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

First, we will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
